Cancellation Policy

If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In the case of Prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.

We donβt accept returns for any ClothingΒ productΒ with the exception of Manufacturing Defect or Damage during transportation. If thereβs any defect you wish to tell it to us by sending an email or calling our call-center within 24 hours of receiving & accepting the product. We believe complete customer satisfaction, and any product which youβve got received in a damaged condition because of transportation or manufacturing defect can either get replaced or refunded. Refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for a refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delays for nationalized banks. The expected timeline of refunds takes 6-8 days.Β

All orders are shipped via FedEx, Bluedart, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Aramex, Delhivery surface with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days.

- Shipping and handling rates may change based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations.
- Domestic: 1-3 business days in Urban regions within India, once shipped. (This region consists of cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies and Indian postal service)
- 1-5 business days for the rest of India, once shipped. (This consists of regions that are only served by the Indian Postal Service and regional courier companies)
- International: Currently, we do not have international shipping available. It will be available soon. However, you can contact us for special requests.Β
- The above-mentioned days are an approximation, which depends on third-party logistics.Β Sanskari SwagΒ is not to be held liable for delay in case of unavoidable circumstances like strikes and national calamities.
- Order deliveries will be made between 7 am - 9 pm, Monday-Saturday
- The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and customers will know about this before making payments.
- Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
- If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.
- You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery.
- You agree to give us as much detail as possible about particular features of the Delivery Address to ensure delivery can take place.
In case of any emergency(lockdown, strick, shifting) or a crisis, we will be unable to commit a delivery date in such times. Your patience during this time will be truly appreciated.
